General Wax and Candle Company reserve the right without prior notice to discontinue or change specifications and prices on products and services offered through the website without incurring any obligation to you. The company reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order, or any portion thereof. Prices of all services, including but not limited to upgrade packages and membership fees, are subject to change at any time. Liability
General Wax and Candle Company shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages, including, but not limited to, loss of data or profit, arising out of the use, or the inability to use, the materials on this site, even if General Wax and Candle Company or an authorized representative have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Membership and Account Terms

General Wax and Candle Company is not liable to any member for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special or exemplary damages arising from or related in any way to any provision of this agreement, including but not limited to loss of revenue or anticipated profits or lost business.
General Wax and Candle Company have the right to suspend or terminate any member account and refuse any and all current or future use of this service, for violation of these terms. Such termination will result in the deactivation or deletion of the member account or access to the member account, and the forfeiture and relinquishment of all content in your account. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time and to refund your payment and terminate any member account at our discretion.
Use of membership benefits, such as product access, updates, support, training, and other benefits of membership are provided to paid members in good standing only. You are solely responsible for updating your information, including contact names, emails, and PayPal information in a timely manner. You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of accounts and passwords. You are responsible for all content posted and activity that occurs under your account. Members MAY NOT use our service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose, nor violate any laws in your jurisdiction.
